Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role.
- Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency for written and verbal communication.
- Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Proactive approach with high attention to detail.
- Strong customer service ethic.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with Slack and Zoom is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and launch of training programs including application management and staff hiring.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to manage data science and analytics training programs.
- Troubleshoot learner needs and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Perform statistical and anecdotal analysis on product data to generate actionable insights.
- Complete ad hoc projects related to data-driven training programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess new products and build growth strategies.
- Manage live class operations on Saturdays with provided compensatory time off.
