Requirements

- Experience in business analytics and problem resolution.
- Skilled in facilitating small teams to implement business solutions.
- Ability to collaborate across functional teams including Digital, Product, IT, and Underwriting.
- Proficiency in performing root cause analysis and impact assessment.
- Strong presentation skills for reporting project outcomes to leadership.
- Competence in developing change management documentation.
- Ability to identify and escalate system or application issues.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead the execution and change management of small to medium scale strategic and core operational initiatives.
- Participate in the project execution and change management of large, complex operations projects.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and develop business solutions, conduct research, analysis, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Digital, Product, IT, and Underwriting teams to create solutions supporting business objectives.
- Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness, and execute change management activities.
- Lead business analysis reviews to determine root cause and impact.
- Present business results, impact, timelines, and recommendations to leaders.
