- Design, build, and optimize lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, churn prevention, and re-engagement journeys.
- Develop audience segments based on user behavior, engagement patterns, lifecycle stages, and product interactions.
- Own the planning, execution, and optimization of automated workflows, transactional communications, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and maintain email health, sender reputation, authentication protocols, and deliverability best practices.
- Develop and execute testing strategies across messaging, timing, segmentation, content structure, and user journeys.
- Monitor lifecycle KPIs and marketing performance metrics, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with product, design, analytics, engineering, and growth teams.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
