Requirements
- Proven track record in iGaming, online gambling, loot-box platforms, or Web3 gaming.
- Deep familiarity with unboxing and odds dynamics, including case battles, item rarity tiers, house edges, and provably fair systems.
- Hands-on experience with crypto payment gateways and wallet connections (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom).
- High technical competency with web/mobile architecture, APIs, and database events.
- Ability to partner with engineers on Web3 and backend architecture discussions.
- Understanding of digital-to-physical redemption flows including inventory and fulfillment.
- Strong visual taste with ability to review Figma wireframes for conversion rate optimization.
- Experience working in fast-moving, low-process startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, map, and prioritize core platform features including mystery box unboxings, battle modes, and reward multipliers.
- Build and maintain the product backlog from scratch by writing detailed user stories and technical acceptance criteria.
- Partner with developers to ensure fair-play algorithms, crypto-wallet connections, and smart contract interactions.
- Guide designers to build intuitive interfaces balancing visual flair with e-commerce usability.
- Act as the central hub between Engineering, Design, and Leadership to remove technical blockers and ensure timely launches.
