Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting or managing Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Experience with multiple Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Workforce Management.
  • Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
  • Thorough understanding of HCM principles and planning.
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the customer project.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications preferred.
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled HCM capabilities, workforce analytics, and process automation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Product Owner for Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Workforce Management.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the Oracle HCM product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Manage and prioritize the HCM product backlog, including requirements gathering, user stories, testing, and release activities.
  • Analyze and resolve complex functional issues while ensuring system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases, new functionality, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for business value and operational efficiencies.
  • Lead user acceptance testing, business readiness, and transition activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HCM solutions integrate effectively with Finance, Payroll, and related enterprise systems.
