Requirements
- Experience working with agile methodologies, software development processes, or project management preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts in a team-oriented environment.

- Competent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload).
- Access to a home router and modem.
- Valid, physical residential address for equipment delivery (PO Boxes not supported).
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO), developing a foundational understanding of all active work items.
- Interpret stakeholder and organizational needs, translating them into concise work items for the development team (bugs, PBIs, features, and research spikes).
- Participate in refinement and sizing discussions by explaining the 'what' and 'why' behind work items.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize and organize the backlog for transparency and timely completion.
- Support the development of a product roadmap by contributing to priority-setting and vision discussions.
- Test completed items to ensure quality and compliance with Acceptance Criteria while assisting in release coordination.
- Troubleshoot bugs and respond to inquiries from stakeholders, escalating when necessary.
- Attend daily and weekly development meetings, adhering to the team’s working agreement.
