Job Details

7–10 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE, Cloud Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role.
Experience working with or building products for public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure).
Strong product sense for turning complex problems into clear scope and shipped value.
Demonstrated ability to reason about complex distributed systems and architectural tradeoffs.
Proven ability to balance customer needs, engineering constraints, and platform investments.
Deep technical fluency in cloud fundamentals (cost/billing, IAM, networking, compute, Kubernetes, observability, automation).
Experience building solutions that leverage or focus on cloud-native technologies.
Excellent communication skills for facilitating alignment and engaging with technical customers.
Bias for action and continuous improvement through iterative development cycles.
Coding experience is a plus to collaborate effectively with engineers and reason about feasibility.

Translate VP strategy into a sequenced backlog of problems, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain disciplined backlog refinement, sprint readiness, and scope negotiation.
Identify platform friction and opportunities through domain knowledge and customer feedback.
Speak with customers to test ideas, validate assumptions, and pressure-test tradeoffs.
Operate as an embedded member of the Engineering team to provide technical product direction.
Define and track success metrics such as adoption, reliability, and workflow completion.
Partner with security and support teams to ensure platform safety, governance, and trust.
