- Proven ability to guide conversations naturally without dependence on scripts or pre-built engagement sequences.
- Capability to build, organize, and manage business development processes independently in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent documentation habits for tracking discussions, insights, and follow-up requirements.
- Strong written communication skills for executive-level correspondence.
- Ability to work effectively in a flexible, asynchronous environment while adhering to US Pacific Time working hours.
- Competency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, RingCentral, and CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Reconnect with architects, developers, and historical contacts using context-aware messaging.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email without relying on scripts.
- Build and maintain a structured outreach and CRM tracking process.
- Gather and document market intelligence, relationship insights, and competitive landscape data.
- Coordinate meetings and communications between senior stakeholders and the President.
- Research potential organizations and project opportunities to prioritize long-term potential.
- Monitor LinkedIn for partnership opportunities and project leads.
