Requirements
- Proven experience in new business acquisition.
- Full sales cycle management experience, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong self-motivation and resilience.
- Growth mindset with openness to feedback and coaching.
- Good level of English proficiency.
- Industry background in hotel tech, OTA, or revenue management is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create new sales opportunities and upsell current customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to product demo and contract closing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Prepare accurate quotes and present professional proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts while balancing client value and company profit margins.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system.
- Provide product feedback to the Product Team based on client interactions.
- Manage relationships with local industry groups and travel associations to promote the brand.
