Requirements

  • Proven experience in new business acquisition.
  • Full sales cycle management experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong self-motivation and resilience.
  • Growth mindset with openness to feedback and coaching.
  • Good level of English proficiency.
  • Industry background in hotel tech, OTA, or revenue management is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create new sales opportunities and upsell current customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to product demo and contract closing.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and present professional proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts while balancing client value and company profit margins.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide product feedback to the Product Team based on client interactions.
  • Manage relationships with local industry groups and travel associations to promote the brand.
