Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing deals with U.S. small and medium business owners.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships and referral relationships.
- Neutral or near-neutral U.S. accent and polished written English.
- Full-cycle sales capability: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, objection handling, and closing.
- Hands-on CRM experience; GoHighLevel (GHL) proficiency strongly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-growing, unstructured environments.
- Reliable professional home office with high-speed internet and backup.
- Willingness to travel to the U.S. for trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
- Naturally curious, coachable, and composed under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Build market awareness and position the client as the go-to marketing partner for home services operators.
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting including cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, SMS, and Facebook group engagement.
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads, routing them or closing them independently.
- Close deals across core product lines including websites, local SEO, CRM automation, and AI development tools.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral channels through industry trade shows and events.
- Assist with go-to-market strategy for new products by providing market insights and prospect feedback.
- Manage and maintain a clean pipeline in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.
- Submit daily activity logs and participate in weekly pipeline reviews.
