Requirements

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in CRO Business Development.
- Proven experience selling clinical services, with a strong focus on FSP services.
- Established network of key decision-makers within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated ability to generate RFPs, convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking and strong business acumen.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage self-directed schedules.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and growth opportunities within FSP services.
- Generate new business leads and RFPs through targeted prospecting, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals showcasing services.
- Oversee sales pipelines, track opportunities in CRM, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences, seminars, and industry events to expand market presence.
