Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in CRO Business Development.
  • Proven experience selling clinical services, with a strong focus on FSP services.
  • Established network of key decision-makers within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate RFPs, convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with critical thinking and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage self-directed schedules.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and growth opportunities within FSP services.
  • Generate new business leads and RFPs through targeted prospecting, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals showcasing services.
  • Oversee sales pipelines, track opportunities in CRM, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Represent the company at scientific conferences, seminars, and industry events to expand market presence.
