Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar.
  • Solid experience in business development or sales within the renewable energy sector.
  • Good technical understanding of PV and BESS.
  • Established network with IPPs, Developers, and EPCs.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver on annual sales targets, including bookings and revenue for the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
  • Lead deal negotiations, contract development, and closing activities.
  • Cross-sell the full portfolio of services to existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor within the solar and storage ecosystem.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and events to represent the brand.
