Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar.
- Solid experience in business development or sales within the renewable energy sector.
- Good technical understanding of PV and BESS.
- Established network with IPPs, Developers, and EPCs.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
- Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver on annual sales targets, including bookings and revenue for the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Lead deal negotiations, contract development, and closing activities.
- Cross-sell the full portfolio of services to existing clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor within the solar and storage ecosystem.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and events to represent the brand.
