Requirements

  • Proactive hunter mindset
  • Disciplined prospector with strategic instinct
  • Proficiency with modern sales tooling including HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Humble and coachable attitude
  • Fluent in German
  • Full working fluency in English
  • Experience in IDV, FinTech, Cybersecurity, or complex B2B SaaS (nice to have)
  • Fluency in an additional European language (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify high-potential accounts and contacts across your territory
  • Design and run multi-channel prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and beyond
  • Book qualified meetings and generate pipeline
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and track activity consistently
  • Align regularly with Account Executives to prioritize accounts and sharpen messaging
  • Test and optimize the tools, workflows, and channels used by Revenue and Marketing
  • Bring prospect insights back to sharpen positioning and campaign performance
