Requirements
- Proactive hunter mindset
- Disciplined prospector with strategic instinct
- Proficiency with modern sales tooling including HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Humble and coachable attitude
- Fluent in German
- Full working fluency in English
- Experience in IDV, FinTech, Cybersecurity, or complex B2B SaaS (nice to have)
- Fluency in an additional European language (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify high-potential accounts and contacts across your territory
- Design and run multi-channel prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and beyond
- Book qualified meetings and generate pipeline
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and track activity consistently
- Align regularly with Account Executives to prioritize accounts and sharpen messaging
- Test and optimize the tools, workflows, and channels used by Revenue and Marketing
- Bring prospect insights back to sharpen positioning and campaign performance
