Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role
  • Experience managing multiple customer accounts in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage client initiatives from start to finish
  • Strong ability to lead structured business conversations and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment
  • Experience in a SaaS environment (preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
  • Experience supporting customer retention, adoption, or expansion initiatives (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Execute proactive outreach aligned to client goals, milestones, and business outcomes
  • Lead onboarding engagements and help customers achieve meaningful adoption milestones
  • Conduct customer success reviews to identify adoption gaps, opportunities, and next steps
  • Identify at-risk accounts and implement recovery plans
  • Facilitate customer conversations focused on business outcomes and value realization
  • Design and execute scalable customer engagement initiatives, including campaigns and automations
  • Identify and pursue expansion and referral opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer records within HubSpot
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to improve customer outcomes
