Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role
- Experience managing multiple customer accounts in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage client initiatives from start to finish
- Strong ability to lead structured business conversations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment
- Experience in a SaaS environment (preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
- Experience supporting customer retention, adoption, or expansion initiatives (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion
- Execute proactive outreach aligned to client goals, milestones, and business outcomes
- Lead onboarding engagements and help customers achieve meaningful adoption milestones
- Conduct customer success reviews to identify adoption gaps, opportunities, and next steps
- Identify at-risk accounts and implement recovery plans
- Facilitate customer conversations focused on business outcomes and value realization
- Design and execute scalable customer engagement initiatives, including campaigns and automations
- Identify and pursue expansion and referral opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records within HubSpot
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to improve customer outcomes
