Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
- Proven success managing client relationships and supporting performance-driven digital marketing campaigns that drive retention and growth
- Strong understanding of core digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, social media, email, and content marketing
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Familiarity with website analytics, tracking tools, and performance optimization best practices
- Ability to build rapport, engage stakeholders, and confidently lead client-facing conversations and presentations
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), and experience leveraging AI-powered platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for attorney and law firm clients, fostering trusted partnerships and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business objectives, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service
- Collaborate closely with SEO, Paid Media, and other internal teams to develop effective solutions and optimize client outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools, including Google Analytics (GA4)
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports that clearly communicate results, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven guidance to enhance marketing performance
- Recommend marketing products, services, and strategies aligned with each client's goals and business needs
- Proactively address client concerns, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to support long-term account success and retention
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve client satisfaction, campaign effectiveness, and overall business growth
