Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management.
- Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks.
- Experience building and supporting customer relationships in a scalable manner.
- Ability to work in Eastern Time or Pacific Time zones.
- Highly organized with the ability to document new processes and update existing documentation.
- High-level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and as a team player.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred).
- Experience with Customer Success platforms like ChurnZero or GainSight (preferred).
- Working knowledge of APIs (preferred).
- Experience conducting professional training sessions (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage customers to ensure effective use of the UpGuard platform.
- Develop success plans and organize regular check-in calls with customers.
- Provide customer-specific training sessions to drive product engagement.
- Advocate for customers by providing strategic insights and feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions based on their risk management frameworks.
- Monitor customer health and intervene with proactive education to ensure value realization.
