Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management.
  • Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks.
  • Experience building and supporting customer relationships in a scalable manner.
  • Ability to work in Eastern Time or Pacific Time zones.
  • Highly organized with the ability to document new processes and update existing documentation.
  • High-level of proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and as a team player.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred).
  • Experience with Customer Success platforms like ChurnZero or GainSight (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of APIs (preferred).
  • Experience conducting professional training sessions (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and manage customers to ensure effective use of the UpGuard platform.
  • Develop success plans and organize regular check-in calls with customers.
  • Provide customer-specific training sessions to drive product engagement.
  • Advocate for customers by providing strategic insights and feedback to Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions based on their risk management frameworks.
  • Monitor customer health and intervene with proactive education to ensure value realization.
