Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in client success, account management, or strategic customer relationships.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-value accounts and driving expansion revenue.
- Deep expertise in construction lending, commercial real estate finance, or commercial banking workflows.
- Experience with draw management and compliance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build influence with C-suite executives.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, comfortable presenting to CFOs and operations teams.
- Consultative approach focused on strategic partnerships.
- Subject matter expertise and ability to improve internal playbooks and methodologies.
- Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate account analysis and strategic planning.
- Ability to travel at least twice per year to Nashville, TN or designated locations.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic relationship and post-implementation success for Built's most important and complex clients.
- Develop and execute comprehensive client success and account plans based on business objectives.
- Build multi-threaded relationships across client organizations, including C-suite and credit/operations teams.
- Monitor adoption metrics and client health indicators to intervene strategically against churn risks.
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities through upsells and cross-sells.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with client leadership to present ROI and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor junior CSM team members on strategic account management and engagement.
- Partner with Product and Implementation teams to advocate for client-driven roadmap features.
- Leverage AI tools for account health analysis and strategy development.
