Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, consulting, or strategic/operational roles.
- Experience supporting B2B or enterprise clients with multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional work across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Clinical, or Product teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and project execution without formal authority.
- Proficiency in turning complex data into clear, compelling client-ready materials.
- Operational mindset with experience identifying bottlenecks and designing efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted working relationships with Client Executives and partners across Legal, Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Product teams.
- Support high-priority deliverables such as client reporting, business review preparation, implementation, and issue resolution.
- Lead workstreams within high-stakes initiatives like renewals, competitive responses, and product launches.
- Transform client data and feedback into actionable insights and client-ready narratives.
- Create and refine playbooks, templates, and checklists to standardize high-quality client motions.
- Identify cross-portfolio patterns to inform commercial strategy and product roadmaps.
- Own and report on key success metrics related to client outcomes, retention, and growth.
