  • Ability to work in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customized pitch decks, pricing proposals, and contract packages for active deals.
  • Develop tiered pricing frameworks and proposal templates for the sales team.
  • Coordinate deal logistics including NDAs, order forms, and contract routing.
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude to synthesize account data into pre-call briefs and renewal packages.
  • Create persona-specific battle cards, objection-handling guides, and product one-pagers.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot including pipeline data, deal stages, and contact records.
  • Document post-sale handoffs to the Customer Experience team.
