- High attention to detail regarding contracts and deal documentation.
- Experience within B2B media, SaaS, or subscription-based business models.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple active deals simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customized pitch decks, pricing proposals, and contract packages for active deals.
- Develop tiered pricing frameworks and proposal templates for the sales team.
- Coordinate deal logistics including NDAs, order forms, and contract routing.
- Leverage AI tools like Claude to synthesize account data into pre-call briefs and renewal packages.
- Create persona-specific battle cards, objection-handling guides, and product one-pagers.
- Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot including pipeline data, deal stages, and contact records.
- Document post-sale handoffs to the Customer Experience team.
