Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior UX Designer or Senior Product Designer in B2B SaaS.
- Experience designing cybersecurity or security-adjacent products such as vulnerability management or asset discovery.
- Proven experience designing for complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
- Experience designing multi-tenant platforms with role-based access and permissions.
- Strong expertise in Figma and design systems.
- Strong foundation in user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Experience using research and analytics tools like Pendo or Dovetail.
- Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and React.
- Experience integrating AI tools into UX workflows.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional squads.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX design process including discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
- Design for cybersecurity and security-adjacent use cases such as vulnerability management, risk, compliance, and asset visibility.
- Translate complex data models and analytical dashboards into intuitive user journeys.
- Conduct and synthesize user research such as interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.
- Leverage usage data and analytics to inform data-driven design decisions.
- Design flows and high-fidelity prototypes while contributing to and evolving the company design system.
- Use AI tools to augment UX workflows while ensuring trust, transparency, and explainability.
