Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products with a focus on mobile.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design skills and relevant experience.
- Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma.
- Experience integrating Generative AI into design workflows.
- Deep understanding of user-centric design principles, web and mobile standards, and best practices.
- Experience designing for B2C, social, or financial sectors.
- Ability to articulate design rationale and communicate clearly to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and work independently.
- Passion for collaboration and solving real user problems.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers to develop and refine product strategy and vision.
- Prepare wireframes, user flows, process flows, and customer journeys to communicate design ideas.
- Engage in an iterative design process including rapid prototyping, user experience research, and hypothesis testing.
- Collaborate early with engineers to provide design direction and ensure technical feasibility.
- Work with cross-functional teams to influence product direction from copywriting to lifecycle marketing.
- Evangelize design-centric development and mentor other designers.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline design processes and uncover user insights.
