Requirements
- 6+ years designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in technical spaces.
- Experience in B2B data or marketing products (bonus).
- Curiosity about AI and active experience tinkering with new technologies.
- Sharp visual, UI, and interaction design skills.
- Ability to take a user problem from idea to high-fidelity solution.
- Figma proficiency.
- Comfort with Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code (bonus).
- Team player mentality with a focus on humility and kindness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and incomplete information.
Responsibilities
- Create and iterate on powerful tools for marketing teams using our Agents product suite.
- Perform 0-1 innovation by building new products in uncharted territory.
- Demonstrate thinking through rapid designs and prototypes rather than presentations.
- Connect directly with customers through research sessions to synthesize insights.
- Use usage data and feedback to influence product direction and prioritization.
- Work directly with designers, engineers, and PMs to define product details as a team.
