Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing and shipping user-friendly features or applications in technical spaces.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with B2B data or marketing products is a bonus.
- Demonstrated curiosity about and hands-on experience with AI technologies.
- Strong visual, UI, and interaction design skills.
- Ability to take a user problem from concept to high-fidelity solution.
- Comfortable working in rapid experimentation mode with high ambiguity.
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
- Team player mentality with a focus on humility and constructive collaboration.
- Experience with Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead 0-1 product innovation for the Agents product suite in uncharted territory.
- Develop rapid designs and high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate product concepts.
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize usage data to influence product strategy and prioritization.
- Collaborate directly with designers, engineers, and product managers to define product details.
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback and learning experiments.
