Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an agency setting.
- Advanced Figma expertise for complex wireframing and prototyping.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools like Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT for strategy workflows.
- Proven data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics and heatmapping tools.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with executive presence.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating research translation into IA artifacts, sitemaps, and user flows.
- Ability to manage 4-5 projects concurrently.
- Understanding of integrated digital marketing and web development lifecycles.
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote capacity within specified US states.
Responsibilities
- Develop client relationships and communicate strategic rationale for proposed directions.
- Manage 4-5 projects concurrently across fluid domains.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research through competitive audits, heatmaps, interviews, and surveys.
- Define user personas, journey maps, sitemaps, and information architecture.
- Build structural wireframes and user flows to translate strategy into layouts.
- Ensure adherence to UX protocols and best practices throughout waterfall and agile project lifecycles.
