Requirements

- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to prototype at multiple fidelities.
- Hands-on experience applying AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney).
- Deep attention to detail and passion for visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of component-based design systems.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to travel once a year for a workshop.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high bar for visual craft and ensure consistency across design initiatives.
- Translate product direction into high-quality, intuitive, and elegant interfaces.
- Execute visual design across various outputs, including consumer apps and storytelling decks.
- Communicate design rationale effectively to internal partners.
