Requirements
- 5+ years of product/UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex user flows.
- Strong proficiency in Figma including component libraries, auto-layout, and prototyping.
- Experience designing data-dense, compliance-sensitive, or regulated products in fintech, banking, or healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and synthesize user research.
- Solid understanding of interaction design principles and responsive web design.
- Clear and confident communication skills for presenting work and incorporating feedback.
- Experience operating independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for key product surfaces from user research and concept exploration through final specs.
- Design for complex workflows including investor onboarding, KYC/AML flows, portfolio dashboards, and secondary market trading.
- Lead discovery efforts such as user interviews and competitive analysis to ground design decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define scope, surface tradeoffs, and ship high-quality work.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency across web and mobile.
- Translate regulatory and compliance constraints into user-friendly solutions.
- Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Champion user-centered design practices across the organization.
