Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing affiliate programs using platforms such as HasOffers/TUNE, Cake, or Everflow.
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Familiarity with cross-channel paid media strategy including SEM, Paid Social, and Display.
- Solid understanding of attribution models, tracking methodologies, and incrementality measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with SQL is preferred.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of FTC disclosure guidelines and affiliate compliance best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own affiliate and partnerships channel reporting including daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards tracking clicks, conversions, CPA, revenue, and ROI.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all affiliate and strategic partners, conducting regular business reviews to align on goals and growth opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates while negotiating commission structures and promotional placements.
- Conduct incrementality testing and attribution analysis to measure channel contribution and monitor for fraud.
- Partner with SEM, Paid Social, and Display channel owners to evaluate and optimize the overall paid media mix.
- Plan and execute affiliate and partnership promotional campaigns, including creative briefs and asset management.
- Develop annual affiliate roadmaps and forecasting models to support budget planning and program scalability.
- Manage platform operations, including link management, tracking pixels, and commission configurations.
