Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within eCommerce and lead generation environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Shopping campaigns, feed-based structures, and automated bidding strategies
- Experience managing Meta Ads Manager campaigns across full-funnel acquisition (prospecting and retargeting)
- Proficiency in GA4 and web analytics tools
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for marketing execution, reporting, analysis, and workflow optimization
- Strong reporting skills with Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently
- Prior freelance, agency, or contract experience is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day performance marketing operations across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager, including prospecting and retargeting campaigns
- Oversee budget allocation, bid strategy adjustments, and campaign optimization for both eCommerce and lead generation objectives
- Execute structured testing programs, maintain documentation of experiments, and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance reporting, analysis, copy iteration, and workflow efficiency
- Produce clear, consistent performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign execution with broader marketing and business goals
- Document processes, optimizations, and campaign learnings to ensure smooth knowledge transfer at contract completion
