Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) management experience.
- Proven track record of managing $30k+ monthly ad spend profitably across multiple accounts.
- Deep understanding of direct-response advertising metrics including CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion funnels.
- Experience working with content creators or managing ad creative pipelines.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for translating media performance into business terms for coaches and leadership.
- Ability to self-start, set objectives, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with fitness coaching business models is strongly preferred.
- Experience in the fitness, wellness, health, or creator/influencer space is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale Meta (Instagram/Facebook) paid ad campaigns for a portfolio of fitness coaches.
- Onboard coaches into paid ads, assess readiness, and guide them through their first 90 days.
- Optimize campaign performance daily by monitoring metrics like CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Develop and refine the paid ads playbook for creative, targeting, budget allocation, and scaling.
- Collaborate with coaches and internal teams on content strategy and creative testing.
- Build performance dashboards to report on ROAS, CAC, and overall contribution to business goals.
- Maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) tracking infrastructure on landing pages.
- Own forecasting and financial planning for leads, wins, and ad spend efficiency.
