Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads.
  • Proven ownership of $1.2M+ annual paid media budgets with demonstrated success in scaling efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback periods, attribution, and funnel conversion dynamics.
  • Experience building and managing paid social campaigns, ideally including Meta platforms.
  • Background in B2C subscription or freemium models is strongly preferred.
  • High proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with ability to build dashboards and track performance independently.
  • Experience using AI tools as part of daily workflow for optimization and analysis.
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present insights and trade-offs clearly across teams.
  • Knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio, CRO/landing page optimization, or attribution tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including structure, bidding strategies, keywords, audiences, and creative testing.
  • Optimize campaigns to balance scale and efficiency, ensuring strong CAC, LTV, and payback performance.
  • Build and maintain reporting systems and dashboards to track spend, funnel performance, and key unit economics.
  • Lead experimentation and continuous optimization across campaigns, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Use AI tools to enhance campaign analysis, reporting, audits, and creative iteration.
  • Develop and launch paid social channels (starting with Meta), including testing frameworks and performance evaluation.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to define strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and prioritize acquisition channels.
  • Communicate performance insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure disciplined budget management and alignment with business growth objectives.
