Requirements
- 10+ years of video game product marketing experience.
- Focus on live services and AAA game marketing.
- Marketing degree or equivalent (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Bi-lingual fluency in English and Japanese.
- Expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of business plans.
- Ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead individuals in creating and executing business solutions.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy for game titles throughout their entire lifecycle from greenlight to post-launch.
- Manage annual title marketing budgets and drive holistic franchise management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SIE and Sony to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns.
- Partner with studio leadership to deliver on overall business goals for each game.
- Work with consumer insights, analytics, and community management teams to define product strategy and pivot marketing tactics.
