  • Strong experience with product-led growth, specifically trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Genuine AI fluency with practical knowledge of agentic stacks.
  • Ability to operationalize a vision for AI-driven GTM transformation.
  • Experience operating in lower-scale environments.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated capability in combining instinct with data-driven evidence.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and validate target markets and buyer/user archetypes.
  • Design and implement an agentic tech stack to enable hyperscale growth.
  • Develop end-to-end product-led growth motions from awareness through conversion.
  • Own positioning and messaging by stress-testing narratives with real buyers.
  • Collaborate on pricing and packaging strategies based on buyer insight.
  • Establish measurement discipline to define and optimize the funnel.
