Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience with product-led growth at developer-focused or infrastructure companies.
- Deep understanding of PQL models: defining, instrumenting, scoring, and driving sales motion.
- Fluency in funnel analytics, including activation rates, time-to-value, and conversion by segment.
- Proficiency in writing SQL to pull and analyze own data.
- Experience using AI tools like Claude or Cursor to accelerate analysis and insights.
- Demonstrated ability to own an experiment cadence, including building infrastructure and a culture of frequent learning.
- Experience in PLG companies distinguishing between free-to-paid and sales-led motions.
- Strong communication skills for reporting metrics and insights to executive leadership.
- Decisive nature with the ability to ship experiments without requiring perfect data.
Responsibilities
- Manage the experiment cadence by defining the backlog, prioritizing based on impact, and acting on results.
- Build and maintain PQL infrastructure, including instrumentation and scoring models, for Gateway, AI Gateway, and Ship.
- Own the GTM systems layer, process design, and orchestration to enable a product-led sales engine.
- Develop lifecycle and retention data layers, building dashboards and playbooks to proactively address churn and expansion.
- Report weekly on conversion rates, activation, and retention health to the CRO.
- Build infrastructure for high-scale outbound sales and customer success programs using product and account-level data.
- Execute 1–4 unconventional growth experiments per quarter.
