Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, or creator commerce.
- Proven track record of absolute P&L ownership.
- Experience directly managing and developing talent to drive performance targets.
- Deep knowledge of affiliate programs, creator tiers, and social commerce conversion mechanics.
- Experience navigating and maximizing high-level platform partnerships such as TikTok, Amazon, or Walmart.
- Proficiency in complex financial data analysis, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Highly effective communication skills for presenting performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Deep hands-on experience in the TikTok Shop ecosystem, including LIVE commerce and VRP mechanics preferred.
- Proven success in scaling creator or influencer affiliate networks to 200+ active creators preferred.
- Familiarity with creator CRMs and affiliate tracking tools like Grin, Impact, or Circle preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive TikTok Shop channel revenue (GMV), profitability, and cost-per-acquisition targets with end-to-end P&L accountability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of onshore Affiliate Managers, a Brand Growth Lead, and offshore coordinators.
- Manage the strategic relationship with TikTok, leading Joint Business Plan negotiations.
- Define creator tier mix, commission structures, and playbooks to scale content-to-conversion.
- Establish and execute category-specific content goals to achieve 60%+ SKU coverage with creator content.
- Oversee TikTok LIVE programming calendar, product curation, and creator lineups to hit GMV targets.
- Manage the creator commission and Variable Rate Program budget.
- Build measurement frameworks to track cross-channel ROI and the downstream TikTok-to-Amazon halo effect.
