Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience with product-led growth at developer-focused or infrastructure companies.
  • Deep understanding of PQL models: defining, instrumenting, scoring, and using them to drive sales motion.
  • Proficiency in funnel analytics, including activation rates, time-to-value, and conversion by segment.
  • Ability to write SQL and perform independent data analysis.
  • Experience building the infrastructure and culture around frequent, regular experiment cadence.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using first-party data to shape pipeline.
  • Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to accelerate analysis and decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting metrics and insights to executive leadership.
  • Decisive approach to experimentation without requiring perfect data.
  • Experience in PLG companies understanding free-to-paid motions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the experiment cadence by defining the backlog, prioritizing impact, and acting on results.
  • Build and own PQL infrastructure, defining product-qualified leads across product lines and ensuring clean data scoring.
  • Manage the GTM systems layer, process design, and orchestration to power the product-led engine.
  • Develop the lifecycle and retention data layer to identify at-risk accounts and drive expansion.
  • Report weekly to the CRO on key metrics including conversion, activation, and retention health.
  • Enable high-scale outbound sales programs using customized, data-driven messaging.
  • Build data playbooks to help Customer Success drive net dollar retention and reduce churn.
  • Ship unconventional growth experiments each quarter to explore new channels and ideas.
