Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, LPO, CRO, Digital Marketing, or Product Marketing.
- Proven experience owning landing page strategy, experimentation programs, and conversion optimization.
- Hands-on experience building and publishing digital experiences within a CMS environment (e.g., Prismic, Contentful, Webflow).
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests using platforms like Statsig, Optimizely, VWO, or Mixpanel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Clinical.
- Comfortable navigating complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in high-volume digital acquisition environments where conversion metrics directly impact business performance.
- Builder mentality with the willingness to personally execute on page builds and testing launches.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, execution, and performance of Landing Page Optimization (LPO) across paid acquisition, campaign, and lifecycle marketing.
- Develop and prioritize testing hypotheses based on user behavior, conversion data, and campaign performance.
- Act as the primary builder and publisher of marketing landing pages using Prismic and existing component libraries.
- Partner with Paid Media and Growth teams to map ad creative and audience intent to relevant landing page experiences.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering stakeholders to inform core site conversion strategy and implement marketing tests.
- Ensure all digital content adheres to healthcare regulations and clinical standards in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams.
- Analyze experiment results and conversion metrics to translate data into actionable growth recommendations.
