- Design and run the operating system of the Midi Health People team
- Build and maintain infrastructure to ensure accountability across the People team
- Own people policies, handbooks, and operational documentation
- Lead workforce planning processes and people analytics capabilities
- Partner with Finance on headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Own HR systems, tools, and the broader HR tech stack
- Drive process optimization across the employee lifecycle
- Lead AI-forward people strategy, automation, and AI implementation
- Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and risk management
