Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or developer tools, ideally within a PLG motion.
  • Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end growth cycles, including content creation, campaign management, and operations.
  • Proficiency in basic HTML and SQL for building and analyzing experiments.
  • Experience with marketing tooling and a technical aptitude to learn infrastructure/observability domains.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to draft technical-flavored content.
  • Proven experience using data-driven insights to identify and remove conversion friction.
  • Active usage of AI tools for creative variations, copy iteration, and research while maintaining a unique brand identity.
  • A bias for action and shipping, preferring rapid launches over perfection.
  • High level of ownership and creative taste in marketing design and messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end growth experiments by owning the process from copywriting and landing page creation to distribution and performance measurement.
  • Design high-impact, non-linear growth experiments such as distribution hacks, novel content formats, and partnership stunts.
  • Maintain a distinct and high-quality brand voice across all marketing assets including landing pages, ads, emails, and social media.
  • Implement and manage clean tracking, UTMs, lead source attribution, and conversion event monitoring.
  • Ship new growth experiments on a weekly basis to drive rapid iteration and learning.
