Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in paid social, display, or digital media buying.
  • 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience running Meta campaigns, including auction dynamics and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Google Display Network and programmatic display advertising.
  • Proven track record of growing paid acquisition volume while improving CAC.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling remarketing/retargeting programs with audience segmentation.
  • Strong analytical fluency in incrementality, attribution modeling, and CAC/LTV metrics.
  • Proficiency in pixel implementation and conversion tracking.
  • Experience developing creative briefs and managing structured landing page tests.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working across Creative, Lifecycle Marketing, and Analytics teams.
  • Proficiency in using AI and LLM tools to accelerate workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid social campaigns end-to-end, including audience targeting, bid strategy, ad concepts, and budget allocation.
  • Build and optimize display and programmatic campaigns across Google Display Network.
  • Develop and execute remarketing and retargeting strategies to convert abandoned quotes into bound policies.
  • Design and implement structured creative testing roadmaps to improve performance across copy, visuals, and formats.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and drive data-driven optimizations to hit volume and efficiency targets.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing Analytics, Product, and Brand to achieve acquisition goals.
  • Utilize LLMs and AI tools to accelerate campaign execution and performance analysis.
