Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in paid social acquisition, with direct ownership of major platforms such as Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with strong efficiency metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV understanding).
- Deep fluency in performance marketing mechanics, including algorithm behavior, targeting strategies, and creative optimization.
- Strong understanding of mobile app marketing and attribution models, including experience with MMPs such as AppsFlyer or similar tools.
- Ability to analyze performance data independently and make fast, informed optimization decisions.
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate on high-performing ad concepts.
- High level of autonomy, with a bias toward ownership, execution, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Strong passion for sports and familiarity with sports culture.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, AppLovin, and other emerging acquisition platforms.
- Own full-funnel campaign lifecycle including setup, optimization, scaling, and sunset decisions based on performance metrics.
- Allocate and adjust budgets across channels to optimize CAC, ROAS, and user acquisition efficiency.
- Monitor daily performance and execute real-time optimizations across bidding, targeting, creative, and spend distribution.
- Lead creative briefing and testing strategy in partnership with design and video teams.
- Design structured experimentation frameworks to drive continuous learning and scaling insights.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards, delivering clear reporting on CAC, ROAS, and key acquisition metrics.
- Interpret attribution data across MMPs to ensure accurate performance measurement.
