- Own the TikTok Shop storefront end-to-end: catalog management, content accuracy, pricing, and overall shop health.
- Develop and manage a rolling TikTok Shop campaign calendar, aligned with marketing and product priorities.
- Lead product mix and assortment strategy by testing SKUs and using data to make performance-based decisions.
- Build and lead the TikTok Shop affiliate program, including creator recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- Manage the creator seeding and sampling process, from selection and fulfillment to performance follow-up.
- Partner with internal teams such as Operations, Creative, and Paid Media to coordinate inventory, assets, and campaign strategies.
- Track and report on key performance metrics including GMV, conversion, and affiliate-driven revenue.
