Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social commerce.
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop.
  • Proven experience building or scaling a TikTok Shop affiliate or creator program.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
  • Strong strategic instincts paired with the ability to execute.
  • Data-literate, with the ability to track metrics, analyze results, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High ownership mentality and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Own the TikTok Shop storefront end-to-end: catalog management, content accuracy, pricing, and overall shop health.
  • Develop and manage a rolling TikTok Shop campaign calendar, aligned with marketing and product priorities.
  • Lead product mix and assortment strategy by testing SKUs and using data to make performance-based decisions.
  • Build and lead the TikTok Shop affiliate program, including creator recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Manage the creator seeding and sampling process, from selection and fulfillment to performance follow-up.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Operations, Creative, and Paid Media to coordinate inventory, assets, and campaign strategies.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including GMV, conversion, and affiliate-driven revenue.
