Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, ideally within high-growth direct-to-consumer environments.
- Strong hands-on experience managing a Shopify or Shopify Plus environment, including catalog structure, integrations, and operational workflows.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and coordinate distributed teams.
- Experience with common e-commerce tools such as Klaviyo, subscription tools, upsell platforms, and analytics solutions like Triple Whale.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.
- Comfort using modern AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, documentation, reporting, and operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end e-commerce operations across the full digital storefront, ensuring stability, scalability, and consistent performance.
- Build and enforce governance frameworks for product launches and site updates, including QA processes, approval workflows, staging, testing, and deployment standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across marketing, development, supply chain, and customer support teams.
- Manage Shopify-based systems and tools, including catalog structure, collections, tagging, apps, and automation workflows.
- Oversee project execution and team accountability, setting priorities and tracking deliverables.
- Define and monitor key operational KPIs such as site health, launch velocity, and deployment accuracy.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements using automation, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
