Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading, managing, and motivating a team.
- 5+ years of direct project management experience, including ERP or CRM implementation.
- Proven experience in a consulting environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders and internal business groups.
- Ability to influence and gain agreement across disparate internal and client groups.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
- Experience in establishing or improving project management processes, methodologies, or tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation creation.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for clarity in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team with diverse backgrounds, ensuring effective career advancement and self-development plans.
- Establish and track team and individual performance targets and mentoring plans.
- Participate in resourcing decisions and manage team capacity to meet operational metrics.
- Lead and ensure adherence to company implementation methodology and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure 'On-brand Delivery' and foster a cohesive working environment.
- Partner with the Director of Project Management to improve methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Manage the delivery of Dynamics 365 projects, including scope, budget, and project dependencies.
- Build trust with executive-level client stakeholders and act as an escalation point.
- Drive communication through steering committees and planning meetings.
- Mitigate project risks, issues, and escalations.
