Requirements
- 7+ years of experience directly managing software implementation deployments.
- Understanding of IT implementation methodologies (Diagnosis, Analysis, Design, Development, Deployment, Operation).
- Understanding of integrated enterprise-wide IT strategy.
- Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage resource allocation and monitor performance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Microsoft SureStep certification (preferred).
- PMI certification (preferred).
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry (preferred).
- Six Sigma certification or training (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage one or more high risk, high complexity ERP and/or CRM projects.
- Provide leadership to all functional and business areas affected by the project.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, cost estimates, resource plans, and risk mitigation plans.
- Drive project decisions regarding schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Manage project deliverables, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
- Communicate and report project status to executives and internal management.
- Collaborate with technical teams to achieve project goals using PMI and internal delivery standards.
- Manage project budgets, financial analysis, customer invoicing, and forecasting.
