Requirements
- +5 years of experience in managing technical IT projects (infrastructure, platforms, telecommunication cloud migration, virtual desktop infrastructure).
- +2 years of experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint/Mobile Device Management (Intune), and Microsoft Teams Telephony.
- Expert knowledge in spoken and written English.
- Strong experience in managing changes, risks, and issues.
- Good experience in tracking project costs with external vendors.
- Sound experience in senior stakeholder management.
- Certification in Microsoft Azure technology is highly desirable.
- Certification in project management (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Certification in ITSM, ITIL, or ISO/IEC 20000 is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects and ensure successful implementation including testing and deployment within timeline, budget, and scope.
- Document projects in compliance with the agency's Enterprise Programme Management Office methodology.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations for governing bodies.
- Complete IT change request documentation for the IT Change Advisory Board.
- Collaborate with ICT Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Business Applications teams.
- Provide technical expertise on cloud-based infrastructure, network, and security requirements.
- Advise on Endpoint/Mobile Device Management, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Active Directory, and Teams Telephony.
