Requirements

  • 4–6 years of performance marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience with paid search (Google Ads required; Microsoft Ads preferred).
  • Experience managing affiliate or aggregator channel relationships.
  • Proven track record with value-based bidding (target ROAS, target CPA).
  • Strong analytical fluency with Google Analytics 4 or comparable tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple business units simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact or Commission Junction is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Looker or BI dashboards is a plus.
  • Insurance, financial services, or high-CPC vertical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid search campaign strategy and optimization across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for all active ISC retail business units.
  • Manage affiliate and aggregator partnership performance, including oversight of existing partners and identification of new opportunities.
  • Lead channel-level test design, including bidding experiments, landing page routing, and partner placement tests.
  • Monitor daily performance KPIs, detecting anomalies in impression share, CVR, CPL, and attribution.
  • Validate conversion tracking accuracy, including offline bind pass-back, UTM governance, and affiliate pixel integrity.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly performance analyses, budget forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
