Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Direct execution experience in both paid search (Google Ads required) and affiliate/aggregator channel management.
- Practical experience with campaign builds, ad copy, match type management, and bid adjustments.
- Proficiency in Google Ads UI, Microsoft Ads UI, and Google Analytics 4.
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact or Commission Junction.
- Strong understanding of UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and pixel-based attribution.
- Familiarity with value-based bidding strategies (target ROAS, target CPA) is preferred.
- Experience working with BI dashboards like Looker is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage high task volume across multiple brands.
- Proactive communication and collaborative team player mindset.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily paid search campaign management across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including builds, ad copy, bid adjustments, and keyword maintenance.
- Manage affiliate and aggregator channel operations, including partner onboarding, creative trafficking, and maintaining placements for partners like LendingTree and NerdWallet.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, flagging anomalies in conversion rates, CPL, and attribution.
- Coordinate creative asset production and maintain the library of banner sets, landing pages, and email templates.
- Reconcile monthly affiliate vendor billing and track budget pacing.
- Ensure accuracy of UTM parameters, pixel tagging, and overall tracking integrity.
- Support the Channel Manager with weekly performance summaries and competitive intelligence reports.
