Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop customer success professionals.
- Track record of exceeding customer retention and expansion targets.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to balance individual account management with team leadership.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or with predictive maintenance technology (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce (preferred).
- Proficiency with remote communication tools like Zoom and Slack (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of CSMs by focusing on best practices and growth strategies.
- Monitor key customer success metrics such as NPS, retention, and account health to identify and resolve risks.
- Support team members in contract renewals, upsells, and escalations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align on customer goals and feature rollouts.
- Implement and refine processes, playbooks, and SOPs to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.
