Requirements

- Experience working with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with both end-users and business clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Preferred: Experience supporting B2B services or workplace programs.
- Preferred: Experience in food service, logistics, or hospitality operations.
- Preferred: Familiarity with mobile apps or connected hardware products.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound support tickets via Zendesk or other support platforms.
- Provide timely and accurate responses regarding Smart Fridge usage, meal purchases, and delivery inquiries.
- Assist office managers and administrators with bulk meal program operations and scheduling.
- Troubleshoot Smart Fridge user issues, including app access, QR scanning, and payment processing.
- Document incidents in support systems and escalate technical issues to logistics, operations, or tech teams.
- Surface recurring ticket themes and friction points to operations and product teams to improve service.
