Requirements

  • Experience working with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk and Salesforce.

  • Comfortable interacting with both end-users and business clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting B2B services or workplace programs.
  • Preferred: Experience in food service, logistics, or hospitality operations.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with mobile apps or connected hardware products.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound support tickets via Zendesk or other support platforms.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses regarding Smart Fridge usage, meal purchases, and delivery inquiries.
  • Assist office managers and administrators with bulk meal program operations and scheduling.
  • Troubleshoot Smart Fridge user issues, including app access, QR scanning, and payment processing.
  • Document incidents in support systems and escalate technical issues to logistics, operations, or tech teams.
  • Surface recurring ticket themes and friction points to operations and product teams to improve service.
